About the sources
The numbers regarding the size, habitat, and risk of extinction of Pallas's cats are based on primary sources. These include the IUCN Red List assessment text, PICA (Pallas's Cat International Conservation Alliance), academic journal papers, and publicly available information from zoos in various countries. When numbers differ across sources, they are written with a range. Each article ends with a list of sources.
The names of Pallas's cats and event information at Japanese zoos are based on official websites, official social media accounts, press releases, and news reports of each facility. Because individual movements and event changes can occur, please always check the official information of the facility before visiting.
Legal information is written based on the e-Gov legal search text. However, this site is not written by legal professionals. If you need to make a judgment, please consult the relevant government office.
